Our direct cremation funeral services start from just £945 plus cremation fees (other fees may apply).
Yes, we can collect your loved one from home and you can call us to request our services as soon as you have been authorised to by the local authorities. Alternatively, we can collect your loved one from hospital or a care home if required.
A standard coffin is included in the price, however, the family can choose the type of coffin. An additional charge will apply if you would like to choose a premium coffin. We will advise you of the associated costs when the funeral arrangements are made.
Yes. We have a chapel of rest that provides an intimate setting for family viewings so you can say a heartfelt farewell. All visitors are advised to call in advance to arrange a suitable date and time to visit the chapel of rest.
Here at Richards Funeral Services, we use a hearse to transport your loved one to the crematorium as part of our direct cremation service.
After a cremation the ashes can be collected and kept by the family, scattered or interred.

The cremation service can be paid for in a variety of ways including bank transfer, cash and we also accept cheques.
Here at Richards Funeral Services, we can accept social fund payments. Sometimes there may be a shortfall to pay by the next of kin. If this applies to you, we will advise you when the funeral arrangements are made.
